Green Passion Creative and their design and print management of The Wildlife Trust Annual Review 2006/07 was shortlisted for the Quality in Print Media Awards 2008 in the category of Environmental Corporate and Public Sector Award. 'We faced stiff competition and were up against the Royal Mail (the winner), Alliance and Leicester, Department for Transport, Stralfors Plc and The James McNaughton Group. As a small agency we're delighted to be ranked worthy of being short listed amongst such prominent companies.'
FirstCity Media: 'The QIP Awards are unique in recognizing excellence, innovation and outstanding creative output throughout the print media supply chain. These awards are therefore a celebration not only of the well-deserving award winners and the stiff competition they faced but also of the print media industry as a whole - a hotbed of creativity, professionalism and cutting edge technology we believe in.'

Claire was invited to speak about 'Environmental and Ethical marketing' practices at a Chartered Institute of Marketing seminar held at Perkins Innovation Centre.
The seminar looked at how to 'green' your business, how to make sure your marketing mix is sustainable, and how to shout about your environmental achievements. The event was well received and a PDF of the presentation is available to clients of Green Passion upon request. Claire advises on this and other 'green' communication strategies with organizations who are looking to implement these practices.
Green Passion completed the first phase of an ongoing project with the Youth Offending Service. Lisa Gordon, a Youth Justice Officer commented: 'Green Passion Creative worked with a client of mine for a period of six weeks engaging him in a photography and digital design project of the local Peterborough area. My client really enjoyed the sessions and the work he produced was outstanding. He is very proud of the images and they are a great display of the skills he developed through his work with them.'

We were sent this link by friends and colleagues.
It's the most inspiring and touching speech made by a young adult (12 years old) on environmental issues...
Though it's from 1992 - you'll hear not much has changed...we hope you enjoy this and pass on to as many people as you can to help continue to raise awareness.

June 2007
On the 25th June, Green Passion Creative was invited by the Centre for Sustainable Engineering (CSEng) and the WEETU organization to give a presentation of the business benefits gained from the Towards 2010 project.
WEETU is a voluntary organization that supports business women and those starting up in businesses. The CSEng are part of the Towards 2010 project which funds training for SMEs in the East of England in order to promote economic growth.
The training formed an integral part of Green Passion's strategic business growth and the experience gained provided a sound example for the CSEng to promote the funding at the WEETU meeting. We received a warm welcome at the WEETU event in Norwich and found meeting the other business women and WEETU staff an inspiration – we're delighted to have been invited back in August for another event.
